Tasks vary depending on client needs and ventures. Clarify expectations during interviews.


Month-to-month contracts, with a 90-day probationary period. It’s considered a temporary, renewable arrangement.


Yes, based on feedback, additional icebreakers and activities are being considered to showcase personalities while maintaining rigour.


Yes, if opportunities are available and you can manage both effectively (e.g., 9am – 1pm with one client, 1pm – 5pm with another).


- Sick leave: 14 days per year

- Casual leave: 5 days

- Vacation leave: 5 days after first year, 10 days after second year

Interview scheduling can be flexible - sometimes with short notice (a few hours) or a day in advance. Candidates should always be prepared and ready to interview.


No guaranteed placement. Opportunities depend on market demand; some candidates are hired after one or multiple interviews, others may not be immediately placed.


Tasks can include transaction coordination, invoices, managing multiple ventures, travel bookings and other business-related activities, depending on client needs.


Questions about their business structure, multiple ventures, expectations, communication tools and specific

tools they use.


Bonuses are performance-based (varying by role), paid in TT dollars and added to your salary. They are processed through Vibe Connections to ensure proper taxation.


Yes, you can work remotely from different locations, as long as you maintain your scheduled work hours and have a professional background for video calls.


You can decline interviews, but repeated declinations may reduce your chances of future opportunities. The

company will try to understand your reasons and continue supporting your job search.


Selection is performance-based, grouping talent by skills and client needs and tailoring resumes accordingly.


Yes, based on performance and client feedback. Some may also request to move to a lower tier if opportunities are better there.
